BBC wants to know "where there might be a gathering of Murray fans in Scotland to watch his Oz Open finals match" so they can film them when it's on... anyone know?
The Dunblane Hotel has got a special early licence. That's prob best bet.

As you know, I don't mind social gatherings with a purpose. Can't think of a much better purpose, can you?

Oh well. Bit fanciful, maybe. I'd be up for it if we could get at least half a dozen of us involved. It'd be like a pilgrimage...

I'm totally considering 'borrowing' my brothers blackberry so that I can keep a really close eye on the score...as long as my minister doesn't notice

Hazel, it doesn't matter how much of a Christian you are, there's no excuse for missing this. You are not less of a Christian for missing Church on rare occasions. The act of going into a building is not some requirement, just do your stuff at home or go to Church in the evening instead of the morning.

Come on, folks. This is Idea of the Year. Perhaps we should start a new thread?

^^And I would do (believe me I would) but I'm doing a sketch to advertise for helpers for the childrens club that I'm going to be heading up
So I kinda need to be there, and since I'm away the weekend after and other people are involved in the sketch then I can't swap the weekends...believe me I considered it.
So I will watch till about 10.30 and then leave and make sure I get score updates then watch the replay when I get home

If it is Federer I hope Andy wipes that smug, supercillious, arrogant, egotistical look off his face! I seriously dislike Federer!

That's not fair. Hazel has already said she has a commitment at Church on Sunday, or else she'd skive!
