Would you like an honest answer or should I just say "No Gangsta, not for me". I think Teejay, Rachie, Bev, Lb, Caroline, Scot - all very supportive - don't resort to insults. They no doubt think Andy is insulted more than enough by scumbags in the media.
Aww, me supportive? Well, I do try lol.
I just don't take losses personally, as if Andy is doing it just to thwart me. The way I see it is that if Andy has tried, has given his best, or rather, the best he is capable of on the day, it's all right. I think I, most of us to be honest, can see the player Andy is, the player I still think he is going to be. In comparison the odd bad day, because they are fewer and further between now, means nothing. I would agree as well, and today shows it well, that Andy puts up with a lot from others. He shouldn't have to take it from fans as well. That's not to say I don't question, or that I don't mutter a bit sometimes during matches (I have been known to be worse than the man himself lol) or that I don't do the odd 'come on Murray, hit the bloody ball man!', but that last one isn't needed so much now!
I don't resort to insulting Andy. Insulting his opponents works much better for me lol.
On a different subject, did anyone else think it was weird that Granollers signed the camera after the match today? I might be being pedantic, but to all intents and purposes he didn't win. It was a walkover. In effect it was the closest thing possible to a draw. I wondered if there was some confusion when Andy retired and someone just shoved a pen at Granollers, or he got carried away and just did it, but it seemed strange to me in the circumstances.
