I voted a player wandering off mid-match - if they don't do it, ESPN certainly will naughty  How hard is it to cover a tennis match ESPN?  It's not rocket science! grr

I think that the time of tomorrow's match against Ferrer should be about 5pm not 3pm ? Andy is in the 3rd match & the first match starts at 1pm Rome time, 2pm English time, according to the schedule I've just read. Is that correct ?
It depends...i think Andy will play between 4 - 6 pm, Rome time

a friend of mine is now in Rome, she saw Andy and she told me: he's very cool, a little sulker, with a wonderful body that seems made of steel...

As I said on another thread, just possible the fact that Ferrer is being treated as the favourite will help Andy.  As Aileen wrote, as long as he plays well I can live with a loss given we can't expect him to be right back up there immediately after what happened the last couple of months.   And if he won, how good would that be?!

He said on the BBC website that because of his poor results on clay, he feels no pressure. Good way of thinking!

Well to put some perspective on it - Some career stats: Andy's played 39 matches on clay; Ferrer's played 252 and has 5 clay titles.
Just hope he comes out fighting.

We may have to wait a bit longer - the Gulbis/Volandri match looks as if it might go to a third set.

Courage isn't absence of fear but mastery of it.
