Jet-lag, in Rotterdam?

Andy in 2. Demolition job. cmon yeah But as Aileen points out. Errr..Andy can surprise us sometimes and struggles to find form especially on change of surface.

Jet-lag. I dont know where Andy is at the moment, thought he was in the US, but maybe he's at home? That official website of his is nothing to go by. Rolling Eyes

He's at home.  He flew home straight after Davis Cup, claiming to be having a week off, but clearly his idea of a week off isn't quite what we'd imagined! lol

He probably wanted to come home for a few days to see Maggie May, Rusty and Kim.

ah thanks Angie.  I had asked whether anyone knew when he was flying over.  Also confirms my theory that he wasn't averse to spending a few days at home, having not been able to pop home after AO because of DC.

Oh yes.

I love how he always says he's missing his dogs, but never says he's missing Kim!  I suppose the difference is that he can talk to Kim on the phone, but having conversations with the dogs could be a little problematic!

He was photographed this morning at the NTC, which I thought a was a bit surprising since I assumed he would want to test out the courts in Rotterdam, but I suppose that Rotterdam only being a short hop from London means that he could delay travel until later today or early tomorrow, especially as it's quite possible that he knows which day he'll be playing on, so if it's Tuesday then he will still have ample time to practise there.

and (this may show my ignorance Aileen)  perhaps the differences between indoor courts are less than those between outdoor courts?  So practising at NTC is good enough for now especially if he doesn't start till Tuesday.

OOP isn't out yet but I hope he plays tomorrow.

I really don't know Ruthie, but if they can make outdoor courts faster or slower, then I'd have thought the same applies to indoor ones.  Whatever, Andy knows what he's doing.

9am GMT could be right as it seems from the website that centre court matches start at 10am, although I can't find a full schedule for tomorrow.  However, according to the website afternoon matches on CC start at 11am ... confused

Also I'd be a bit surprised if they'd put Andy on first.

Flashscores has 12 matches starting at 11, including Andy's. The other 4 first round matches aren't decided until Qualifying finishes. It's just provisional until the OOP is out

They won't put Andy on first - he's their biggest draw.
