Murray has now pulled out of the Shanghai Masters as well as this week's Japan Open. Do people think this wrist injury will be better in time to play in Valencia next month? I definitely think it was a mistake for him to play the three matches against Poland in the Davis Cup, it was against medical advice and has put him out of these two individual tournaments. But maybe he felt obliged to do it? Either way, I hope he's back on form soon!

In a way I am glad that Britain lost against Poland.  This shows how pitiful the other GB players are.  Now, Andy has little obligation to play in the next DC and can concentrate on his Singles career.   With the performance of the GB team so far,  I think they will languish in this 2nd division for a couple of years before they can get themselves back up to Division 1.  This will leave Andy free to plan his schedule as his body dictates.
