Andy Murray fan since 2009.

Potentially Isner in the QFs if both players win their respective 3rd round ties tomorrow.
I doubt Murray will even lose a set to Isner. Raonic just seems more dangerous.

From Andy's post non-match interview yesterday: "When you haven't played that much on the court, it's different conditions. Whoever I play now I guess will have played two matches. Might take a little while for me to adjust tomorrow. Need to make sure I'm patient". Good advice for the rest of us perhaps? Several posters said Andy didn't look right last week - "Motivation's pretty high just now. Freshness could be better. It's not the same probably as it was at the beginning of the year. You seem to pick up a few more niggles here and there. I got sick in Tokyo last week. Hadn't been sick the whole year. Probably your immune system is slightly as well. There are a few things you pick up week to week". More at http://en.shanghairolexmasters.com/transcripts/transcript-andy-murray-10-october-2012-45.aspx

Touch the sky - and touch it he did.

Got sick? First mention I've heard of that and of course Andy didn't use it as an excuse for his loss but perhaps helps explain him losing the calm again. Hope he's over whatever it was.

Think I'm going to have to take a little nap, I'm shattered already and there's another 2 1/2 hours to go.

Oh, this will be on at 11 then, since it's not be 6 pm local time, 11 am UK time and 11 pm my time. No nap for me then! Time to hunt out the snacks!

The sickness would explain alot. He looked very tired but that could be down to being sick. Hopefully he is better now. He certainly looked better in his recent interview. That would definitely make Raonic's win a'hollw victory'.

Hi Linda. I know how you feel but at least you have livescores and us Currently showing Stepenak vs Isner on my tv - I hope that changes when Andy is on as I have no laptop to use.

Let's Go!!!

I'm watching Stepanek/Isner at the moment and don't relish Andy/Stepanek in the next round. Dont like Stepanek at all but he could be a problem. Hope Andy beats Dolgopolov - he could have done with playing yesterday for practice.
