The courts in Miami are slow and high-bouncing as well, but the balls are different, so hopefully Andy can do well here. Or maybe we are in for a surprise and they have actually sped up the courts. Wishful thinking.

At least the courts are purple. wub

silly question does andy not keep the no 2 seeding now  or is it done by match
It's usually done by tournament, but it depends on what date they choose as the cut-off point in the rankings for their seeding system, so it would theoretically be possible for Andy to become world #2 yet be seeded #3 - and I seem to recall one tournament where he was world #3 yet was seeded #4 for that reason.

I agree, so I hope I've got it right. Whistle  I'll soon be corrected though if I haven't!

Rafa's off the acceptance list now - can't say I'm surprised as two back-to-back tournaments on hard courts on top of the 3 clay tournaments would have been too much really.

So the top 4 seeds in Miami are Novak, Andy, Ferrer and Berdych/Del Potro (depending on who wins today's final).
