Andy vs Lacko will be 4th on Centre for all you wondering. Andy leads their h2h 1-0 with a convincing win at the US Open in 2010. Lacko is obviously a very different player from then where he was ranked #72 in the world. He suffered a massive drop in form last year but managed to regroup and is now #65 in the world. All in all this should be a pretty convincing match for Andy. Lukas hasn't got the firepower that Karlovic has so Andy will need to be on the attack and I would assume an easier two set win then the Karlovic match.

PS: Still no updates on doubles but the doubles tournament starts tomorrow so I would assume Andy will play Thursday.

Is this one going to be televised anywhere or not? If not I suppose it will be better if we could get to see him beat Chardy as the first one instead Smile

I suspect there will be live streams on sites such as LiveScoreHunter or SportLemon not sure about TV coverage in the UK though.

Well yes. Back in '10 he wasn't very well known. Now he is more well known and becoming a shining force on the tour. Earlier this year he did reach his first career ATP final in Zagreb (l. Youzhny) and that in itself was a great achievement so I think he is a different player.

It's a shame that Eurosport or Sky Sports aren't showing it. Bit of a let down to be perfectly honest. They all focus on Beijing.

I know a website that shows prerecorded matches in HD quality. It's a Rafa Nadal fan site but it's very good for other matches. It's called PartidoaPartido Rafa. They have Tokyo listed in the video section so hopefully today and tommorrow's matches will be uploaded.

This is the guy who was beat in 3 strait sets by Daniel Evans (Rank 276) in Breahead, Davis Cup in February this year!! Andy should have no problem.
