I'm a bit nervous yes, wish he was playing our version of Bogo instead! Could be a tense opener for sure!

First matches are always a bit risky, but over five sets I'm not particularly nervous. Unless he has an utter stinker or is somehow injured, this should be a nice opener and a warmup for tougher matches later on. Good to see him getting on early in the tournament and not involved in stupid late night matches.

I'm in, as always. And always nervous.
No offence to Alex, but here's hoping The Bogo is boggin'.

All their meetings came last year with Andy leading the H2H 2-1, obviously wanting to address the initial loss vs Bogo.
Bogie (his nickname apparently), who was born in Russia, became a Russian tennis player late last year, when previously he was American
Sock it to him champ!

Let's hope we have a repeat of the last two matches, Andy to win in straight sets.
I am glad Andy is playing at the start of the tournament so he will have one day off to rest between matches up to the SF.

I always feel nervous at start of a slam. A mixture of excitement and lurching stomach at the prospect of possible roller coaster over next couple of weeks. But having been so blase before the Chardy match I'll settle for nerves.

I'm not nervous really. I'd forgotten all about that Tokyo encounter but remembering it now, it was clear that Bogomolov didn't have a clue what to do against Murray. He's nowhere near last year's form now either, having really struggled since changing his allegiance to Russia. He'll probably put up a fight first set, maybe into the second but I don't see him causing Murray many problems.
I can't help but look at Djokovic's draw and feel a little envious but in all truth Andy shouldn't be facing any problems (until R4 at least).

I'd like to be impartial, but I can't!

Go Andy, can't wait for it all to start, I don't see Andy having problems , but first matches always a bit jittery , it will be good to get one under the belt.
