Incidentally, guys, Bet365 is listing Andy's match to start at about 1.30 am BST. So if they are correct by 2.00 am, the match might be half over. Be careful in setting your SKY+.
Can I just remind folk that the times given in the match alerts are estimates, so it's up to individual members to keep an eye on how the schedule is progressing.  It isn't easy knowing how long earlier matches will take, especially with men's matches in Slams.  I'm aware Sharapova could knock her opponent out very quickly, but I also know that her opponent is an older, very experienced player, so might not be an easy pushover, therefore the possibility is that the match could go to two long sets, or even to a third - hence the 2 am estimate.

Andy has put in some brilliant performances at the night matches on Ashe - Wawrinka, Lopez the ones that stand out the most.

Great that he is on this side of the draw, hopefully there's no weather mishap, but if there is, Andy should be well placed this time, unlike last year.

Murray in a convincing straight sets win, he'll want to put on a show.
According to the man himself, on the BBC website, he is expecting an "improved display" against Dodig, so fingers crossed.  Also, for whatever reason, he really enjoys the rowdiness of late night matches (maybe because the noise drowns his 'expletives' ...??? Whistle )

Let's hope Andy makes a British doubles tonight! Congrats Laura. Her performance reminds me of a fearless Andy beating Rafa to reach his maiden slam final...the start of something big.

During the Robson/Clijsters cracker they showed Andy briefly, arriving. He looked very relaxed and smiley. Atta boy!

Had to let my steak and chips dinner dry up and get cold as I had to see Laura beat Clijsters. Brilliant and yes she reminds me of Andy at 18-fearless.
Hope Andy plays as well as Laura tonight-sure he will.
Sleep tight in the U.K., you will wake up to news of a victory.

Going to have my lunch shortly but will still only listen to radio.

I am on board but so very tired. It just feels like a very long day. Really, really hope Andy will keep things simple and to the point.
