Good to see that Andy beat him earlier this year. Don't know much about him other than his funky glasses, which he changes to match his shirt. Seems to be playing well. Hope Andy can see him off in 3 but being cautious I think I'll vote Andy in 4 (as I did last round so like the players I like to stick with a winning formula
) If Andy can carry on where he left off yesterday it should be 3 but another slow start and he could pay the price of a set. Fingers crossed that he isn't stuck out on Armstrong again. Can't believe that they've put Ferrer out on Grandstand again while no 7 seed once more on AA (or at least I can believe it and I think it's a disgrace).
Not sure I'll be able to watch as out tomorrow evening so will depend on timing.
Yeah the schedulers, I bet, are really pushing some players buttons with the cradling of Fed and Nadal....especially Fed who is ATP no7 and hasnt won the USopen since 2008. Surely...if Fed goes out in qtrs and slips any further down rankings and receives same privileges they'll need the riot vans next time out. Andy has been treated dismissively at this comp... the current holder of the USopen should have been 1st on court...and played on Ashe the whole comp period.
