The one nickname I would love to put in room 101 is 'Nole'.  It's just so terribly twee.  yuk

^ totally agree with you Gnomey. I never worry about draws, they are what they are and, as you say, Andy at No 3 should really be able to handle whoever is thrown up, until at least the quarters.
Often a supposedly easy draw turns out to be quite the reverse and vice versa.
That being said there are many dangerous players who can suddenly turn on the fire eg Rosol, JJ etc But they could equally turn out a dud so that's an unknown and no point worrying.
I refuse to be  nervous until Berdych Fingers and tongue. and neither he nor Andy might get that far anyway.

No draw is easy. Many of the players have had to come through qualifying and fought hard to get there. So they will try all the harder to get into the competition and should not be taken for granted.

Aren't they on course to meet in Miami?  Could be tasty.  In fact didn't Raonic beat Berdych in Cincy last year, or maybe Canada?

Why did RTR have to cover 5 of the most erratic matches this tournament.

Just realised I forgot my banker. Still the way the scores are going it wouldn't have made any difference anyway.  Whistle

He beat him in Cincy in Round 16. In Canada, Andy was supposed to meet with Raonic and I was supposed to go and watch this match but then Andy withdrew and it was a washout anyway because of heavy rain all day. I am glad Andy didn't meet with Raonic on that day. He was too happy to play at the time.

I hate it how easily Andy gets distracted and loses his focus in a very important match. This has cost him so much.
