wondering why Andy has such a poor record at IW?  I don't think the conditions are too bad, the courts play slower than Andy would probably like but there is no reason why he shouldnt do well there. I think in the last 2-3 seasons he has been going through the motions at IW first big event since AO, and felt a big sluggish mentally I think.

Somebody is very lucky that I've only just discovered this thread, otherwise ...  ... and that should be changed to Best-behaved Newcomer.  One reason I wish Andy would play Delray is because so many threads are being opened that it's hard to keep up with them! The other, more important, reason is that I don't see how Andy can expect to do well in a Masters if he goes into it without playing a warm-up. That said, playing a tournie between the AO and IW the last two years didn't do him much good either, so
