If Andy wins I might cry, just because lol. I'd love it for him. If he doesn't come at least second I'll be fuming.

I'd love Andy to win it, bit I'm afraid that Wiggins will. Now, I think that the sport of road cycling is hopelessly, terminally tainted by cheats, liars, drug abusers and I have no idea how anyone can take it seriously. I'm not saying anything untoward about the current participants, but they are the inheritors of the sins of the past (at least we hope they are in the past. How can we be sure?)
Know what? I don't really care. Andy is a Grand Slam winner.
Let me repeat that to myself. Andy Murray is the reigning US Open champion, and the first British GS winner since the Romans marched into Londinium or whatever.
That will do for me. It's more than enough.

Well, I have just found £10 credit on an old mobile phone, yippee. Don't know how many votes this will get me but guess who it will be spent on?

Andy won't win. It's a popularity contest
and We know Andys relationship with the British public isnt that great.
Don't really care if he wins it or not. Andy is very sensible not going to the stupid awards. Well done lad. He always prioritises, Always puts tennis first. Such a inspiration Don't know why everyone is making a big deal about SPOTY tbh.

So, must exercise the fingers in anticipation of 66 calls then! That should cover some extra votes for some of the people on Murraysworld who aren't able to vote.

I don't think anybody is making a huge deal out of it on here,to be honest.Certainly I haven't seen anyone on here that doesn't understand that Andy is exactly where he needs to be right now, rather than going to the awards ceremony. And as for winning,it'd be a really, really lovely way to end the year, and quite frankly I think, when you look at the scale of what Andy's achieved,he is pretty darn deserving of it!But while we would love him to win it,I think most people are prepared for the likelihood that he probably won't,and if that's to be the case,we'd just love him to get as many votes as possible!
