Wimbledon R3: Andy Murray vs. Tommy Robredo

Andy through to 4th round. And a straight sets win as well. I didn't think Robredo was going to do much given the surface. Watched Andy close the match. Loved the crowd. Good match and performance by Andy.

**** off and lay off the vodkas.

When was the last time Andy lost to a scrub over 5 sets in a slam?

Exactly.

No need to get worried over Tommy Boredo of all people lol.

Piss off prod

I was never worried...who said I was  w00t

Andy was immaculate at the start and then his serve picked up in the 3rd so all good signs.

2 traitors amidst us. Gangsta voted Robredo in 5 and who is the other, Inspector Poirot, my friend?

Get in there! cmon yeah

Tommy really stepped it up that 3rd set but Andy wasn't going to be denied.

Right, time for second breakfast wave

Missed the end of the match but followed it on my phone. Timely break!

Level dropped a bit in that third set (although he was by no means poor!), but those first couple of sets were scintillating.

Today at Wimbledon is now on BBC2 if anyone is interested.

Excellent performance from Andy, especially in the first two sets. Robredo stepped up his level in sets 2 and 3 but Andy responded really well and never looked in real danger of going behind in the score.

Andy says pressure is just as much even though he's won a grand slam, says he needs to stay focused especially because of the young guys coming up.

I am beginning to sense that little bit of aura on Andy, does anyone else feel that way.  Not that I am calm when he is playing, but I just sense that Andy is feeling very confident.

I have been back to cowering on the sofa again, recording it on TV whilst following the live scores. An awesome performance. I so love it when these players say they are going to knock him out and then are taught a brutal lesson in manners. He looked delighted to have won. We even got a smile.

Will be pulling for Troicki. Better him than Youzhny, though I like Youzhny quite a bit but for Andy, Troicki is the better proposition.
