Courage isn't absence of fear but mastery of it.

I don't really know what to make of his being on Court 1. There must be a good reason - both Fed and Novak were on Centre today - so was Laura - why is Andy on Court 1 - maybe he asked for it?
Can't imagine he asked for it as he's been saying how much he's looking forward to playing on centre court again. I definitely think it's a snub - to repeat myself.

Murray and Nadal will be on BBC1/BBC2 at the same time there's Football on ITV, they also should both be off court before tonight's Football on BBC 1 as well. They can't stick Serena on last because it's tradition for last years Women's Champion to open the proceedings on day 2 on center court, so they've stuck them side by side instead.

Yep, I've been mulling it over. Rafa is "sort of" a reigning champ, he hasn't been beaten at Wimbledon since he won.
His matches are always notoriously long, even if they clamp down on his *cough* long pauses between serves (I'm a HUGE Rafa fan, hell I even named my puppy after him, so dont flame me).
So it makes sense. I'd rather Andy on Court 1 and finished than on Centre and playing as late as Nole did last night.

Fair point - perhaps Andy did express a preference not to play after Rafa even though he's looking forward to getting back on centre.

OK, but I'm actually looking for something like this:
in anticipation of his INEVITABLE victory !!

Me too Elly. I'm ridiculously nervous this Wimbledon.
Strange, in the early days I loved that I wasn't nervous during his matches, but now I'm a quivering wreck.
I will just breathe a little easier when he wraps up this first round match.

Yeah, Tsonga needs to learn how to break serve.

Morning everyone. Got up to watch on bet 365 but I have to put funds into the account
and my coverage is of Nadal - how I miss BBCi.

Look at that, Tsonga's into a 4th set.

Which will take about 30 minutes. He finished a game in one minute against Fish.
