It's the big one! It's basically the Wimbledon final on Friday.

I have no idea who's favourite for this, head says Nadal but Murray will be very fired up and that with the crowd could be enough.

Nadal leads the head to head 7-3.

I think this could be a five setter.

I don't expect this to come easy, either way. Both players have their own strengths and weaknesses that their opponent can exploit. It'll depend on how well they both come out. I truly hope Andy's serve is dependable for him on Friday. That could truly catapult him into the final. If his serve is sh*t, I'm not sure he has much of a chance.

Edit: That's a hilarious picture, Mark. lol

Nadal had a 4-0 lead before Andy won at the USO, I think.

Andy has won their last two grand slam meetings, which gives me a lot of hope.

Andy in 5.

If Andy serves and plays as well as he did at the AO then Andy can definitely win this.  Nadal will be much tougher this time round though after his recent invincible clay run although his slightly dodgy right knee (lack of time to fully rehabilitate) will give Andy the decisive edge.  I remember Andy making Nadal doubling over and gasping for air at the 2008 USO after lung busting rallies. A rare sight.

However, I will admit my split loyalties and say I'll be happy whoever wins Smile

I'm yet to decide who I think will win, and that's because of the fact it's been played on grass. Quick conditions should favour Murray, I just hope it's a great match regardless, I don't expect Andy to win this one.

I really don't see why he can't, Nadal was looking very vulnerable this time last week. He needs to be aggressive from the off, but I think he's truly realised that when it comes to playing Rafa.

I must say, in terms of entertainment, Murray v Nadal matches are something special.

Here's a few videos to whet your appetite. It is always refreshing to see Andy playing aggressive tennis, he will serve and volley more, he will come forward behind crosscourt backhands to the net, I believe when he plays this way he is arguably one of the most exciting players on the tour to watch.
