WTF SF: Murray vs Federer

Reply

I only ever read MTF if I'm in need of a cheap laugh. You can't take anything you read on there seriously.

And Slamray is better than the usual Mugray he gets called on there all the time.

I can't get 1 page past of a thread and I am not only indicating Federer fans here but in general. Almost 80% fans seem the age of below 18 or something. It does provide a good laugh  at first I admit, but then it gets very, very annoying.

Juan Martin is running out of steam, but at least he forced Novak to a 3rd set. Lets hope Andy can finish Roger off in 2 easy straight sets!

I'm allowed to dream, aren't I? pray

Com on Andy, please win this in 2 so you can face Nole in a much better condition.

So I am off to shower followed by lunch and then read something just to get ready for Andy's match.

Hoping the crowd to be on Andy's side in full force.

Go Andy. Best of luck today.

I think we (including me or maybe just me) all have gained too much confidence after the Shanghai semis..

Im not assuming it's gonna be easy but Fed should have got knocked out in the RR stages but Ferrer coudn't do the biss again. He has had the easiest draw by far and played the worst tennis out of the players left in the tourny. If he'd have had the draw that Andy and Nole had i think he would have been knocked out in the RR stage.Andy and Nole have had the tougher matches and in the end it may be to there benefit Feds tennis hasent impressed me at all.

We'll see shortly, but this does remind me of Wimbledon. Federer played like crap until the semis, where he suddenly came alive and destroyed Novak.

I don't think most people are assuming that! You do get some strange ideas at times Boogers! Anyhow.......Andy can 'do' hard! Let's try and be positive though and 'hope' he can do it in two!  Wink

Oh my little ray of sunshine! Where would we be without you!

I notice in the press that Federer has been praising Andy.

Is this some sort of reverse psycology to lull Andy into some sort of stupour? Or is Federer for once in his life being genuine? I doubt it!

You don't say... It wouldn't be the same with your constant pessimism.

For the record I don't think it will be easy either, but you know... I'm not too fussed if Andy does end up losing. I'd rather he loses to Fed than against Novak, again. Winning it all would be perfect of course. But at the end of the day, he's had a brilliant season, more than any of us could have asked for and losing here wouldn't change that.
