So because that badly croat entered the doubles he demanded a rest before playing his singles so now Murray is made to wait until Wednesday. Of course it poor Ivan is still tired Murray will be scheduled  to play some time in April. Since when has a small draw ITF series tournament spread the 1st round over 3 DAYS!

Such is the beauty of being a home player. Smile

Heck, if your own country cant do something for you, then who can?

It's not as if this doesn't happen in every tournament. So quit whinging, and let's judge them on the match. It's not a pro or con for either of them.

Except for the fact that Lubjucic is in the top ten and has all the support. But even firm favourites (the sublime Fed excepted) have 'off' days

Just checked Eurosport 2 for the times they are showing the tennis it is 3.30pm - 5.15pm so not very long unless they decide to take something else off if Andy is playing.  I'll need to try and remember to set the video.

You guys are lucky that you get to see this, I don't really get to see too much tennis here in NZ apart from the grand slams, the Heineken Open and ASB Classic (the women's tournament the week before the Heineken). We don't really get too much ATP stuff on tv, occasionally we get some on ESPN but its never a decent time to watch.

no  That's a shame, invisibleman.

Our Satellite coverage of The Masters is really good (save for one eejit commentator/pundit).

Still, I'll never get to The Aussie Open, and take great photos. So that's one up for you. Are you going next year? Smile

yes true, its relatively easy for me to get to the aussie open so that makes up for not getting the weekly stuff on tv lol.
I hope to go again next year, but I'd like to find someone to go with as it might not be much fun going on holiday by yourself. But I don't have any friends interested in it, so who knows.......
