And a break in the 2nd. I believe Bally's won the last 6 games.#

Her opponent just held serve.

A great confidence boosting win for Elena  trophy

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/tennis/8724194.stm

British number one Elena Baltacha got her grass-court season off to a perfect start with victory in the Aegon Trophy in Nottingham.

The 26-year-old Scot comfortably beat American Carly Gullickson 6-2 6-2 in Saturday's final.

"It feels amazing to win. This gives me a lot of confidence," she said.

"I couldn't have asked for a better start to the grass-court season. I'm really looking forward to Birmingham, Eastbourne and then Wimbledon."

The win marks Baltacha's 10th at ITF level, and she will now head to the WTA Tour event in Birmingham full of confidence.
