and when was the last time you saw him to know he's not the same guy?
Alright, but when you type his name into google, the most recent article is a clean up from his bad behaviour in Australia

Dan's beat Wayne Odesnik ranked 87, 6-2 6-4.
That's got to be the Dan's best victory in terms of his opponents rank.

After beating Sergeyev (in 1st round of Doha qualies) and then putting in a respectable performance against Darcis (who went on to qualify and reach the QFs) Dan's now in Auckland.

This is a great chance to qualify for an ATP event, especially as Dan beat the top seed in the section, Jan Minar, in the final of the Jersey Challenger last year. If Dan does qualify I'm not too sure on what it does regarding playing Aussie Open qualies...

I will always hate him for his pathetic performances in the DC against Poland, who might I add had players ranked lower than him. Looked like he couldn't be arsed.

The guy that Dan played in that final rubber, has risen about 500 places, 678 to 183, in the rankings since the tie!!!

Hopefullly, Monday - but I'm expecting delays. The cold here is outrageous. I've not experienced anything like it in this country, tbh....

Oh, god tell me about it! The bloody gas tank is about to run out and there's no way a tankers getting up our road in it's current state.... I'm not too bothered by the cold too much, I haven't had my radiator on all year! But my elderly grandad lives with us so it could be fairly disastrous....
And that's good news for Dan, but I think I remember at the time of the tie, something being said about the guy coming back from injury or something like that??

He qualified for Auckland!!!
His first ATP main draw without a wildcard.
Such a disciplined 1st and 3rd sets (though he did lose it in the 2nd
).
