Just in case anyone's got any thoughts on this weekend's tie at the Bolton Arena. I see that, as part of the on-site promotion, for just a few quid, the LTA is offering the chance to be photographed with a cardboard cutout of the Davis Cup team.  |

Have your photo taken with the Davis Cup squad
We will be offering you the opportunity to have your photo taken with a life-size cardboard cut out of the Davis Cup team which will then be emailed to you after the event. Jamie Murray, Colin Fleming, James Ward, Jamie Baker and Alex Bogdanovic will all be on show.

Baker opens up the tie tomorrow against Malek Jaziri, Ward then plays Sami Ghorbel. On Saturday Fleming and Baker play Jaziri and Slim Hamza.

I'm gonna take a photo of this cardboard cutout (if it's possible). While the LTA's idea does seem a bit pathetic, surely our team can't lose - not with three Scots on board!?   ... just so long as Boggo is only allowed to play in a dead rubber ...  Wouldn't mind owning a cardboard cut-out of Colin Fleming though.  The real-life team  Just noticed the words under your avatar Nigel ... very clever. |

I wouldn't do anything with other people's kids that I wouldn't do with Hayley, my old hamster. God rest her little claustrophobic soul. Terrible way to go.
