Well.  Think We HAVE to win this match.  pray

Going to be one hell of an atmosphere out there tomorrow. Murray needs that sort of support to get him through this.

(Although i hope he lays back on the ole french) Neutral

I think Andy might nail this one. Don't think i'll be able to take another 5 setter though.  shocking

We've got play starting at 1pm followed by Boggo vs Ram.

Its a lose-lose situation. Boggo isn't good enough.

But nonetheless. Go Andy!

bogstandardovic doesn't stand a chance. How low can we go in the Davis cup? Does Litchenstein play tennis?

I agree. Is it confirmed Boggo is playing? Frown

Mr. Green Brilliant nickname, well done!

We're entering the depths of Davis Cup aren't we? Expect lots of trips to places we've hardly heard of. Unless a miracle happens and we can beat Ukraine come September. Frown

The problem is there's only Andy that has any chance of winning a match.

You really can't expect one player to win a tie single handedly, but that's what's happening. Davis Cup is a team event and we desperately need other players that can do well.

Perhaps Boggo will suprise me, but I really can't see it Frown

It was reported on the BBC radio that Andy Murray is an injury doubt for this rubber.

Not only is this bad news for the Davis cup and a potential play off against the Ukraine to look forward too, but what about Los Angeles next week will Andy have to withdraw?

Oh dear. I still think we can win this but Delgado and Bogdanovic will have to play brilliantly. In some ways we're actually unlucky that we're playing Israel. There can't be that many teams at this level of DC who have such a good doubles team. That means that with Andy normally likely to win his rubbers then Britain only need one out of the other two rubbers and the doubles to win and so I think they generally have a good chance with just Andy until they get near to the World Group.
