If he puts his mind to it and has a good year, he can SURELY be a dark horse to win the US Open this year.

I don't see why not - in fact, you might be giving him too little credit by suggesting the USO - surely his best chance is at Wimbledon? Boggo v Murray final has a pleasing sound to it. Think

Normally you cannot get tickets to a Wimbledon final. I'm sure there would be plenty avaliable in that instance...

Oh that is a shame.  This indicates that she is around the top 200 level presently.  This bodes well for the future.

That's what it says:

Sony Ericsson WTA Tour welcomes Watson

Heather Watson, Britain’s US Open junior girls’ champion, will be in the main draw of the Sony Ericsson Open in Key Biscayne next week, thanks to a wild card granted her because of the strong ties the tournament has always had with IMG, her management company. Now ranked No. 487 and having played at the lower tiers recently in order to get some much needed tour experience, the 17-year-old from Guernsey will play in her first Premier mandated event on the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour.
