Anyway, is he playing Dubai? Or might he want a wild card? If he asks, I'm sure he'll get one..I think he got one there last year or the year before didn't he?
He's not scheduled to. Hopefully he'll get a wildcard.

And why exactly is that? I am almost sure if it wasn't for Tim Henman many of us aged 14-18 in the UK would not be very interested in tennis, its because of him at Wimbledon that i began my interest in tennis.
It was because of Henman that I watched Wimbledon, if it wasn't for him I would of never noticed Murray and MW would of never existed

I appreciate that he's the reason why some people got into tennis, but i'm entitled to say that he has nothing to do with why i started watching tennis, therefore his progress is not as of great importance. I am aware of his 11 titles etc but i think his tennis is over-rated, which is more of a reflection on how poor British tennis is. Hence, why Murray is so important.

I'm in minority obviously but he's never won a Grand Slam and only has one Masters under his belt so factually that doesn't deserve the tremendous praise he always gets. His personality is another issue which deserves 10/10.

People say he is over-rated? He is the most under-rated sportsman in the UK!

I think it's quite admirable to see a player who continues to play serve and volley and can make it work.
All his career he has had so much pressure on him, more than most players feel from their country.
I look up to him for all that he has done and because he's such a great person.

The pressure he has been under at Wimbledon is unreal. And how many people can actually serve and volley properly?

I take that as an insult.
That was the point, a banterous insult it was meant to be.

yep, he's had a heck of a lot of pressure. And i honestly hope he comes back. I think that 14-18 age bracket can be expanded. He got me into tennis - Henmania so to speak back when i was 8 - over 12 years ago. And I have followed him ever since. Never seen the legend himself play live, closet being on the screen on the side of Centre court facing Henman Hill, but i'll have my chance come Davis Cup time in April, as long as he is fit!
Come on tim.

Oh my god get over it. You said that was what you were yourself so that part shouldn;t be insulting. I then said more or less " don't take him seriously
"
No if that really hurts your feelings that much then I'm terribly sorry, I never meant it too, it was merely a small piece on banter, which if said to me I would have laughed up, but clearly you've not the sense of humour that permits such things being said.

I don't feel I have to insult anyone. I try not to insult anyone, beyond the realms of light digs and banter, although obviously there are at times exceptions and I do not go out of my way to insult u in particular. Hence there is no loss. Learn to laugh.

No...I will not laugh. I do not normally take jabs personally. But I am very touchy and....emotional about my sexuality. Maybe not my Political backing..because I get banter about that all the time (mark). But my sexuality hits hard. You hit me hard. You havent been the only one to do so.
