Odd then that in actuality things are worse than the have been for decades.
In the women's game we have nobody, not even on the radar, not even worth discussing.
In the men's game we have a guy who just can't bring himself to retire, a bunch of no-hopers and a great white hope that is becoming a big white elephant. Our tennis association is paying his coach a fortune for presiding over a severe decline in his physical condition.

Well things aren't so bad. I mean it depends how you look at it, in the mens have five players in top 300 and in the womans have eight players in the top 300.

I never thought that i would say this but fizzies points are very valid. British tennis is in a rather depressing decline at the moment. 2007 looks to be a not so memerable year for all the wrong reasons. It's concerning
