I don't think they do. Probably don't even remember your name. People at such services easily forget.  If you use your own name, you'll keep putting pressure on them. |

I am pretty sure that some of the authorities read the messageboards. There's more of a chance that they will listen to someone they think to be unbiased. It's not going to be of much use, but I believe in grumbling. |

Me too. I once sent an e-mail (angry, but polite, always polite) to a Belgian channel for not broadcasting what they told us they'd cover. I got an apology.  That felt so good. I didn't even need it, just wanted to rant. |
