Bloomfield won 7-6 6-3.
Slabinsky won his QF in Algeria (I think it is) in 3 sets despite being a set and 5-2 up.

In Glasgow semi-finals, Hewitt beat Pauffley and Knittel beat Bloomfield. Both matches were straight sets.
Slabinsky has also reached the final in Algeria. It's his 3rd Futures final since he returned from an 8 or 9 month injury break back in March.

He's 1900-and-something. Until this this week he's only won a single match in a Futures main draw in the past year.

Dom Inglot and Treat Huey are into the Basel final after beating the 4th seeds Fyrstenberg and Matkowski (who beat Marray and Nielsen in the last round).

Good week for Kyle Edmund in the USA so far. Yesterday he beat Luke Bambridge 7-5 6-1 to reach is first Futures semi-final and today he's just beat Mitchell Krueger (who beat him 10-8 in the 3rd at Wimbledon juniors) 2-6 6-2 6-3 to reach his first Futures final.

Kyle Edmund is into his first tour level final after beating Mitchell Krueger 2-6, 6-2, 6-3. Gets revenge for the 10-8 final set defeat in the Wimbledon juniors 1st round. A lot of juniors playing in the US futures this week. Liam Broady made R2 but then lost to 5th seed Lucas Pouille (a lower ranked junior). Bambridge made the QFs but lost to Kyle. 16yo Nishioka made the QFs as well before losing to Krueger. That will be another 10 ranking points for Kyle (18 if he wins the final), and he should rise over 100 places to around 700 in the world a week Monday (at least). In the final he will face either top seed Daniel Garza (WR 401) or 3rd seed Chase Buchanan (WR 467). Edit: I see Allan has beaten me to it!

Kyle has just beaten the 3rd seed 7-6, 2-6, 6-4 to claim his maiden title!
Will now be comfortably the highest ranked of his generation.

Reached the US Open juniors semi finals last year aged just 16. Beat Daniel Gimeno-Traver (now ranked #66) in Wimbledon qualifiers earlier this year (and then bagelled a top 300 player before being edged out 0-6, 7-6, 6-2) and has now won his first Futures aged just 17. Definitely one to watch out for.
