Spanish time is the same as it is over here.

Ok, so it is a little south west (depending on where in Spain you are or where in the UK you are. Anyway, it just is! (http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/)  Might be something to do with daylight savings?

It's (BST) which is setting us 1 hour ahead of UTC. BST ends on October 29th, if I remember correctly. Smile

that's what i said!! We are on BST (british summer time) which they don;t have and they are on GMT. Hence an hour ahead. I think....... Ok just sorted it all out!

Spain is actually on CET (central european time)  which is one hour ahead of GMT. Like us they have daylight savings, hence REMAIN 1 hour ahead all the time! Why, I don't know, since they technically fall directly below us geographically. (possibility curvature of the earth comes into effect here....maybe something to do with borderers with france! ) So yes, One hour ahead.

To be awkward Portugal is on GMT.

But then it's really west of us. So that would be sensible. It'll be to do with land borders. If you actually look at the timezone picture thing it goes really crazy in Asia!

 Henman in 2, I don`t think the head to head is anything to go by as we all know how awful Tim was playing at the end of last year.
