Daisy and I have thought of it before, a thread for you to show pictures of anything from needlework to sculpture to paintings to card making...which leads me onto the following
Here are some example invitations and place name cards I've made up for my friend whose wedding I'm helping plan. Thoughts?

Hazel, you're going to look even cuter to James now.

Thanks, which is your favourite?
I'm hoping my friend likes one of these otherwise I'll have to think of more ones for her to choose from

I love DSC0098 and also 102/103; having said that 102/103 might be too modest for some people .... my overall favourite is 98 ......... it is perfectly balanced.

Yeah I think 98 is probably my fave so far
Though also do like the simplicity of 102/103 and also 106
Thankfully I don't have to make the final decision

Oh and on 98 the 'Invitation' will probably be actually be slightly bigger and in silver, the one used on the later examples, but I didn't have that on hand when I made that one up

I knew there was a thread for this
Finished my second cross stitch (second part-Christmas gift finished) and here it is. Was rather fiddly I must admit. But not as bad as sewing Me to You bears!!
