Preparing a chicken stir-fry at the moment, marinade almost done.

Thinking of all you vegetarians at this point in time.

I made Beef Wellington parcels earlier in the week - suck on that. Wink

Although not as pink as I like.

Did you make it proper with beef fillet? Costs like over a £10er for beef fillet, even for a portion for 2!

The other ingredients are cheap so it's a delicious treat. Little tongue man But I will not be attempting peppercorn sauce again.
