How's your fad diet coming on? You'll have to be fit to take on the likes of Andrew - I hear Julia gives him a regular work out to levels Murray would struggle at.

Going pretty well, though I will say that while it has improved my weight/bulk my fitness levels are still far from optimal.  That said, I've been pretty slack on fitness over the last month or so.  We'll see come July.

I'm much stronger than the last time I met you but not fit, I've only been doing weight training but I have noticed a big improvement in tennis from the extra strength.

You bet bitches!!  Andrew's hip muscles are things of steel. cmon yeah

I think my only strength in tennis is the power I can generate on ground strokes from the back of the baseline. Drop shots I hate with a passion and I'd say that's Andrew's main strength, drives me bonkers.

Me too actually. Despite the issues with my joints, I'm like a hare on the court. Used to be the fastest in my year at school and I ain't lost it, kiddos.
