Sure, snow isn't going to leave any damage assuming the car doesn't slide off the road because of it... which it shouldn't I really would love driving in a snow storm in an X5...hmmmmmmmmmm... my fantasy.....

But the visibility would be AWFUL!! It's more the salt that concerns me, rather than the snow...

Hmm not really an SUV fan, especially not for city running. IF I was going for my ultimate dream car it would be.... Bugatti Veyron...love it sexy, powerful, amazing!

You'd really consider driving in nasty, salty snow-heavy roads in your nice shiny car? Braver than me! I'd like it to sit in the drive and look pretty...
SUV's only look good covered in mud! I just came back and mine is slathered as I was out on some tracks (as well as roads) .....

It's the way they're meant to look...only people who live in the countryside should drive SUV's in my opinion...they scare me and are the cars that always seem the closest to running me over in town!

I've heard lots of "country folk" having a bit of a laugh when they see the "townies" trying to park their off-road vehicles in teensy places .... you're right - they have a place and it is out in the country.

If only I had a million pounds Does that car cost that much or were you planning to splurge on a little silk lingerie while you were at it?

I'd rather spend it on something else. Plus, I have a teensy 205 that goes to Tesco and back, parks itself, and is very well mannered .... so I don't really need another car ...

Hell to keep clean though
I would have thought black is the easiest to keep clean because dirt doesn't show up as much as every other colour.

Sadly no ...... only looks good for about 5 minutes then it's a mess. The easiest to keep clean is that boring silver grey colour everyone has right now, including me .... my shopping car is that colour.

That doesn't make any sense to me... the darker the colour the less dirt will show, I thought that was basically for everything.
BTW, I hate the silver grey colour as well.
