The link doesn’t work. There’s a video on Google mail, but the instructions are wrong. It says if you click on Setting and then Account, but I don’t get Account I get Account-Import and then I don’t get a Change-Password option.

GEORGE!  Are you for real?  I suspect you are.  It makes it even funnier....  hug

When they say Account, just like I did, we're talking about 'Accounts and Import'.... a bit of common sense, no?

So click 'Accounts and Import' > at the bottom is 'Google Account settings' > 'Change password'.

But when you click on Change Password it does not give you the option described in the video.  It tells you to "sign in for free" and create a new account, not just change password.

If you're at the Change Password page, who gives a sh*t what the video says? You're there already!

Now follow the really really really really simple instructions:

Current password:

New password:

Confirm new password:

AND THEN CLICK SAVE!

At this stage, you have to conclude it's a wind up. I just logged into his account and did everything he did, it asks for your current password, new password and confirmation. There's absolutely no way he sees something different.

You don't get anything different from me, I just used your own account... Once you click the 'Change password' link, Google will show you exactly what it has just shown me.

As your inbox is empty, do you mind if I record a video of me logging into your Gmail account and getting to the password page as I described above?
