What a horrible and emotional dream that felt like the entire duration of last night.

Luckily though at least 90% of my dreams are not nightmares.

Is it too horrible and emotional to talk about it?

Dreams can really affect the mood - especially if they are emotional.   I hate when I wake up from a really nice one, and can't get back into it again.

I hope it had nothing to do with Miss Zarfeen. You see it is my duty to protect her now lol

I usually remember my dreams.  They make sense when I'm dreaming them - but make no sense when I wake up!

I find a healthy sleeping pattern helps. Since going to bed earlier, I seem to remember my dreams a lot more.

I remember most of my dreams but as the day goes on, I slowly tend to forget about them but there are some vivid dreams that I never forget no matter how old they get, I still remember as if I'd dreamt them just yesterday.

Dreams can be very suggestive. Some dreams are just pure garbage - taken from the everyday life - a la projection of your mind and the gazillion thoughts it contains. Very disoriented and distorted a lot of the times. Some are very meaningful. They say some dreams carry your deepest fear or some other powerful messages about your future and through those dreams, your higher self sends you signals in metaphorical terms to basically warn you or guide you. Those dreams can't be direct because your other side, the primitive side or the reptilian side that we are conditioned with by born, tends to twist the meaning and sends you very mixed and confusing messages to throw you off.

These are just some of the interpretations out there. I find dreams very interesting and a lot of the time, I know why I am dreaming some dreams. Nightmares are terrifying of course.
