I think a great English tradition is being knocked out on penalties. Smile goodjob

A greater Scottish tradition being not qualifying for World Cups.

A few months ago there was a lot of hype about a "A Portrait Of England" or something like that, here are a few things that I remember....

Hans Holbein's famous portrait of Henry VIII.

Routemaster. ( I dreamt of travelling in one since I was about seven. Frown)

The FA Cup.

Spitfire.

Stonehenge.

There were obviously a few more but I'll check it out later.

Apart from the FA cup, they're not really traditions....they're more like notable landmarks....

Hey, Thats not fair, we have a population of about 6 million or so and England about 60 million. So obviously England will have better players.

Oh and Stevie Thompson was a good player. He should do well for the Bluebells (Is that the right nickname?) He worked hard and gave his all for the gers. Thats all you can ask for, i suppose
