Happy New Year Thread!

^ Well, I'm a bit paranoid about looking like mutton dressed as lamb.  However, at the insistence of my daughter, I tried on leggings and an over the bum fitted top with knee boots.

She walked out of the changing room saying.... Christ, mother, I can't believe you can pull of leggings better than me...... so I took that as a thumbs up!  lol

Ooooo sounds loverly! I'm very jealous that you can pull off leggings - I'm still too scared to buy them, so I've invested in some amazing 140 denier tights! What's the top like? Smile

Well, it's comfy and it doesn't look too bad.

No, for the first time in years! I normally go to a house party at one of my uni friends houses, but this year  everyone has started jobs and they want to spend their few days off at home, rather than trekking round the country, which is fair enough Smile My home friends are scattered all over the place at the moment, so I'm just staying in with my mum Very Happy yay Should be nice - she's had to work looooads over Christmas as she now works for a retail giant, so I'm quite looking forward to staying in. Hee hee, I'm so lame!

Not at all!  This is the first New Year's Eve I've gone out in around three years, tbh.  It's over-hyped.  My friend's hubby plays in a band.  We'll eat, then go to the venue to watch them and bring in the New Year.

^ Good girl!   w00t

Happy New Year folks, and here's to a good year for Andy in 2010 also.   It's a very 'white' New Year here in the North East of Scotland.  Glad to be home and cosy....  yes
