Hey, as this issue is spread out amongst various threads I thought I'd put it all into one.  The past few weeks I've been doing my best to eating healthily.  My chocolate intake has decreased and I've bought less junk food like Mcdonalds, KFC and chippes.  I've been eating more fruit, and I've eaten more veg and salad.  I do actually feel better and on like a natural high.  I admit to getting a KFC yesterday and I felt ill for hours afterward.  Today I went for a 6 inch sub (which I think it the heathiest of fast food.  On wheat bread and full salad.  I've even started eating onions and I've never liked onions.

Oh it definitely helps you feel more vitalised. yes

I haven't caught one illness this summer, and I'm almost positive that less alcohol and healthier eating is contributing to this.

I'm a fan of healthy eating and think you do feel better for it.  That last soup recipe I posted in the Recipe thread is great healthy eating ..... nutritious & delicious !!

Glad to hear you've cut back on the booze - not only better for you but saves money too ...

I'm working on the less alcohol bit lol  But I don't know whether its circumstances or my healthy eating that has made me feel alot better and happier.  I think I might see about buying some peaches, I'm in the mood for some peaches.

Cutting down on alcohol does wonders for your complexion, and obviously the bank balance.

Good stuff .... cutting back on booze is a good thing.  Gosh - peaches sound delicious.  Sometimes they look great but are like cotton wool on the inside .... nothing like picking them off the tree AND EATING THEM ........... YUM

I can't deal with Vitamin C .... maybe you can't either.  What makes you think you need it anyway?
