Haze... I was asked if I wanted 'pain management'... I said no thanks bcos I felt I'd already been "managing' it for several years with daily exercise, physio, certified massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic and a truck-load of hard-earned cash thank you very much
X-Rays showed nothing serious, but I still pushed it bcos I know X-Rays aren't always reliable... nor is the technician's report.
After finally getting MRI and nerve-testing, they found the problem and I had surgery. The difference is incredible.
People are always scared of back surgery... but nowadays it's so simple, and if you are fit the recovery is extremely fast.
If you've already been down this road, then sorry. If you haven't had bloodwork, then this is something you should get done imho.
