I do hope you get the book Seventy Seven Its "put together" by Neil Harman who used to be the tennis correspondent for The Times His connecting prose passages are really good and he avoids it being just a catalogue of recording one match after another
It had me looking up my old diaries and remembering details which I had forgotten The photographs are truly fantastic
The only drawback is the fact that the book is very heavy and needs to be carefully handled otherwise it could break its spine
It's certainly a book to treasure I hope you enjoy it as much as I have
that's very kind of you bb but you've responded to last year's post!!
I have 77 complete with Andy's dedication having queued for 4 hours to get it. I agree that it's a book to treasure. It's given me better insight into how Andy sees things than anything I've read previously and I agree the pics are great.
And I'll take this opportunity to wish everyone on MW a very merry Christmas and a New Year that brings you everything you're hoping for - including Andy's healthy return to action, leading to more great things for him.
