Ah, I love Eurovision! The trash, the booze, the glitz, the Germans... So excited about Eurovision party next weekend! However, I've realised that, having hounded guests about forfeits for those who don't come in fancy dress, it's actually really HARD!?

So I throw myself at your mercy, tennis heads!  Any ideas for a Eurovision fancy dress outfit, on a limited budget...?
