Good luck with that... in my experience so far the quality of the roads in Dudley is abysmal, and South Staffs Water are almost entirely incompetent and unhelpful. (They still occasionally chase my late father for payment of a bill he was never liable for, sending their demands to an entirely separate address that he never lived at!)
