My friend and I are going to trade knowledge.
I used to write about boxing, but I've never actually tried it. He's going to train me a little and do some light sparring, and I'm going to teach him some submission holds (chokes, joint locks, etc.)
I see Dr Robbie has made a 'suggestion'..
My regular partner for that activity won't be here until June, so I need something in the meantime.
