I watched that interview on tele at the time, the woman is a snob and she defines that by being hypocritical and dumb at the wrong moment, made a proper spoon of herself. Good riddance.

Who is she?

Former candidate for The Apprentice. She achieved nothing and has envisaged herself as a voice that should be heard for a ridiculous reason on the tele. Fortunately, only the upper class agreed with her.

I assume this is an American satirical news item? Quite authentic.

No, like I said, this actually happened.

The National Transportation Safety Board apologizes for inaccurate and offensive names that were mistakenly confirmed as those of the pilots of Asiana flight 214, which crashed at San Francisco International Airport on July 6.

Earlier today, in response to an inquiry from a media outlet, a summer intern acted outside the scope of his authority when he erroneously confirmed the names of the flight crew on the aircraft.

The NTSB does not release or confirm the names of crewmembers or people involved in transportation accidents to the media. We work hard to ensure that only appropriate factual information regarding an investigation is released and deeply regret today's incident.

Appropriate actions will be taken to ensure that such a serious error is not repeated.

That is utterly incredible. Who edits and produces these programmes?  And what other far more plausible crap is fed to us?  I'll think twice before criticising the Beeb in future!

That wasn't plausible lol

You've just got to laugh. No one viewing that believed it apart from the anchor.

From what I've read, this was a prank by an intern.
