I was almost afraid to check out ^^ that video and assumed it was something bad about coffee. Still, I am not going to increase my intake of daily caffeine as good as it is. I must admit I don't get people who do not appreciate coffee.

I suspect we are in love with that coffee maker however. yes

Coffee has so many health benefits and what seems to often surprise people is caffeine is responsible for a lot of that. It's not a bad thing.

The best thing about the morning, for me anyway, is the coffee undoubtedly. When I am very sleepy and don't want to wake up but I have to wake up, I think about coffee and it does magic right away. I simply love the smell of it and enjoy making it very much. I like my coffee black with a bit of sugar.

It keeps your brain stimulated which I feel is the best thing about coffee and it's great for fighting diseases like Alzheimer, dementia etc. Still, everything in moderation.

I very rarely have tea these days - mostly when I am suffering from cold and flue etc.

I gotta have my coffee in the morning too. Double Strong, double cream and 3 sugars for me, thank you very much.

No fibre in eggs or cheese. Bacon is my protein fix. And black tea with milk to wash down.

I like eggs and mutligrain bread or oatmeal with fruits or cereal in the morning, but I prefer either eggs or oatmeal. I like bagels sometimes...with cream cheese. Other times with butter and toasted.

Complex carbs (fibre) for me... fruit, veg.
I eat real food. No diet/low-calorie crap and no cutting out what I love. That's a downer. yawn

Full fat everything, washed down with a beer! Yum!

All sounds good to me - especially the beer.  But not refined sugar and full-fat. And definitely no diet formulations.

Diet formulation? Nah.

Eat, sleep, laugh, and put one foot in front of the other.

And a bit of the other, too. Very Happy

Just been down to my local Tesco Express. I parked outside the butcher's next door. Just as I was walking towards Tesco, a car jumped up off a parking space right in front of me, shot across the pavement and smashed into the wall. The young lad who works in the butcher's had left it in gear and had reached in to turn on the engine. Two seconds earlier, my legs would have been crushed. I'm still shaking an hour later.
