Spooks, spectres and the supernatural

Damn my internet connection! Caz, I've just finished reading your posts. I love the part where that man speaks to you while you were asleep! Anything happened after that at all?
As far as that particular spirit is concerned Sabine, only what I've told you happened a few days after I'd gone home!

Oh, okay. That's a very interesting story indeed, Caz.

Next someone will tell me they've spoken in tongue with God while rolling around on the floor.

You shouldn't be finding that so hard to believe since you do believe in some of the stuff here.

Sabine you really should read the thread! As far as threads go, it's not very long and well worth the time.....and don't worry about Connor! He's free to believe or not as he chooses! I don't think people 'can' really believe until they have their own experience! I know I didn't 'really' until this happened to me, even though I'd always thought I did! Hope the exam went well! Very Happy

I was just joking with Connor. Smile

Though I'm no where close to believing in all this, it is very interesting to read about others' experiences. I've read the first few pages of this thread and came across Elly's,  Aileen's and a story of Nigel's.

And as for the exam, it was horrible, Caz. Frown

It was our final board exam which turned out to be extremely tough. None of us expected that. These marks matter since we need it for our college applications and procedures. It's all over the papers but I was surprised to find an article in the Dailymail..

As I said earlier Sabine, I don't think anyone can believe till they've seen/ heard it for themselves!  Just enjoy other people's experiences, but also try to keep an open mind! I'm quite shocked and dismayed to read that your exam wasn't based on what you've been taught....according to one student anyway! If that's true, why would they do that?

I read those and can sympathise.  When I sat my final school exams we had a horror of a biology paper, which I and a few others failed for the first time, and that at a time which really mattered.  Not only were the questions very difficult but some of them included aspects of biology which weren't even in the school syllabus.  According to our teacher it was more like a first year university exam paper so she, along with a number of other teachers in different schools, appealed against it, but unfortunately their appeal was over-ruled.  I re-sat it a year later along with two other subjects, but had to go to a college first in order to be able to do so.

My god, Aileen that's too bad really. So your college course started when you were re appeared for the exam?

I hope the appeal here is taken seriously. Apparently, there was a printing error in a 4 mark Vector equation question so full marks will be awarded for mere attempt. but here's the catch - there is NO 4 mark Vector equation question!

So I'm not really sure which question they are talking about. search me
