Care to give an example?
Errr, how about the concept of "God" creating the Earth in 6 days[one for rest]... Physically impossible and scientific facts although not entirely believable, I mean the big bang theory it's certainly more believable than somebody making it from scratch in 6 days.

I'm not going to explain myself when you know perfectly well the typical argument of "Relgion" and "Science" ...

Explain how you think that we are so advanced and unique, and how there are millions of different species, plants and all round variety in the world if god only created the things once?

If at first you don't succeed, you fail.

So, in the context of the creation story dictated by the Bible, can you explain to me a) the dinosaurs, b) the iron age, c) the stone age?
Okay... First, just by explaining the confusing part of the creation story, I will answer all three of those questions...
We're going to look at Genesis 1:1, which reads: "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." Simple enough right? Where people get confused is the end of verse five where it says: "and there came to be evening and there came to be morning, a first day." The creation account details 6 creative days, with the 7th being declared as a day of rest. But these days were not literal 24 hour periods. Why can I say that? Look at what the Apostle Peter recorded.
"one day is with [God] as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day." that quote coming from 2 Peter 3:8. So basically, the term "day" really has no meaning to God. It is used as a way of dividing up the periods in which God created various aspects of our planet... Answer your question?

But, if on the sixth day (?) god created man, and 'man' was Adam and Eve, what about stone age man, and iron age man, and bronze age man?

The dinosaurs never recovered after the flood...

Explain how you think that we are so advanced and unique
"So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it..."

and how there are millions of different species, plants and all round variety in the world if god only created the things once?
I don't see the problem.
