Bizzare. My anxiety seems to have mutated in some form, today I feel extremely alert and disconnected from reality. It's 110% the anxiety, I need to tell my hot therapist about it next Wednesday.
Are you particularly anxious at the moment, maybe about your work? If so the excess adrenaline which severe anxiety produces might just be the cause of this. The best thing you can do is to try not to focus on these feelings but find something else to focus on, like watching TV.
