Why bother? No one needs a connection that fast. Ridiculous. I download movies in about 2 minutes.

Well, it's a choice between 5 Mb/s or 1000 Mb/s, there is no inbetween. So personally I'd be tempted and I think as video quality gets more high definition, 1080p and beyond, that sort of package gets more and more attractive.

I can see that. I mean, if you're downloading files in the 15-20 gig range, or boxsets, then there may be some advantage. $70 is an awesome price for it.
