Yay!  Another thread I could find myself addicted too!  Before Christmas I downloaded an NHS Drinks Tracker.  This counted my units when I put in what drinks I had had.  My average for a weekend binge night is 20-25 units I've found out.  It was so much during Christmas though! 

I felt bad, now I'm trying to cut back because I figure it can't be good for me.  I'm aiming to only go out round town once every two weeks .... now, the thing with this is that I still drink at home.  And on my first weekend in I managed to drink a bottle of wine to myself.  I drank about 22 units last Friday and I will be staying in this weekend but my friend is coming over ... with a bottle of something.  Plus, I've started drinking midweek.  Like tonight, I'm going out with friends and will probs have a pint or two of cider and black.

But I only started binge drinking from when I was 19, so its not exactly like its been going on for longer than it could have.

I've been drinking pretty regularly since I was 15 - upped the stakes since coming to Uni obviously...

I'm still waiting for that!!!  I only get stupidly drunk when I've missed a meal or something.  Or had a white wine, which i haven't had for a while ....

I used to get drunk like twice a week at Uni, at home it's like once a month maybe, you kind of realise there are better things to do.

work - job hunt - internet - ocasionally go to a football match, movie or gig!
